At New Moon Yoga studio we believe in creating community. That’s why we were shocked to learn that there were almost no prenatal yoga classes offered in Franklin. Thanks to Lindsey, we are working to change that!
Lindsey Grippo combines her experience and training as a Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Perinatal Mental Health Therapist and Doula to create safe, welcoming prenatal classes for both moms-to-be and new mommas in the Franklin area.
Lindsey’s prenatal yoga classes strengthen, stretch, and ground your body, all while enjoying the community of fellow expectant mamas. Specific prenatal poses target your pelvic floor to ensure it is strong enough to support you and babe, but also relaxed enough to open and release during birth. Meditation and breathwork are used to calm your nervous system, instill confidence in your amazing body, and connect you more deeply with your baby.
