The mission of SoHum teacher training is to empower each other & ourselves to become impactful students, teachers and souls in this life.

This transformative experience aims to explore the depths within to create light, gain knowledge and grow understanding. Our program focuses on the philosophy of yoga, the 8-limb path of living, yoga asana, sequencing, anatomy, Svadyaya (self-study) and building community in a safe and supportive learning environment.

You’ll graduate this training with a 200hr YA certificate to share yoga along with the soul development, memories and tools that will last a lifetime.
